許睿醫生1993年畢業於英國劍橋大學，獲得內外全科醫學士學位。在97年，獲得英國皇家內科醫學院院士。在02年，更同時獲得香港內科醫學院院士及香港醫學專科學院院士。許醫生曾在沙田威爾斯親王醫院任職，有豐富的醫學經驗。許醫生亦積極參加研究工作，研究範圍包括胃潰瘍，大腸癌，肝硬化及肝炎等，發表超過60篇醫學研究文章。許醫生亦為乙型肝炎全面睇及香港常見腸胃病兩書的作者。
